Nordik's AKSEL line seamlessly combines fashion and function, creating stylish and practical sports gear. Our sunglasses come with interchangeable lenses tailored for various lighting conditions. AKSEL includes multitudes of sunglasses made specifically for particular activities like Running, Cycling, Surfing, Fishing, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf. In the same vein, particular sunglasses have Diamant™, Polarized, or Photochromic lenses, which you can choose the perfect lens for your needs. Additionally, you can purchase polarized, photochromic, or low-light lenses separately.

AKSEL sunglasses feature a wraparound design and an adjustable nose bridge for a secure and comfortable fit. For prescription wearers, a myopia frame insert is included. Sunglasses with our patented Diamant™ Technology enhances color contrast, reduces eye strain, and improves performance, while UV400 protection shields your eyes from harmful rays. AKSEL can come in versatile tints such as gray, rose, and bronze, the AKSEL line ensures a choice for every athlete.

Nordik Prescription Information

This frame utilizes a prescription adapter, a piece that carries the prescription and snaps inside behind the lenses. This allows you to interchange the lenses for different lighting conditions with one prescription.  Most popular prescription lenses listed.  Prescription lens prices quoted are for a pair of lenses with prescriptions up to 6.00 diopters cylinder, up to 2.00 diopter cylinder. Higher prescriptions will incur additional power charges.  For other lens options such as high index lenses (recommended on powers over 8.00 as thick lenses may push against facial bones), and more, see prescription information page.  No prescription limitations. Estimated time frame for prescription:  5 to 7 working days. Anti-fog coating includes heavy duty scratch coating and is recommended on this product. Fog coatings will add 3-5 days to processing time.
