Presenting a white surface, the baseball ball reflects a high percentage of blue light. The baseball player, while tracking the ball in the sky, may have difficulties in detecting the white of the ball because of the high quantity of blue light that it reflects

The lens solution: In order to spot white objects like the ball it is necessary to have a lens that lets a lower percentage of blue light to pass, while enhancing contrasts and protecting the eyes from UV.

Spin Lens Solution: enable players to see the stitching of the ball while hitting.

Enhancing Contrast: increases the contrast of the white part of the baseball (making it more of a blueish tint) and enhances the red color of the stitching making it much more visible while the ball is in rotation

Good for other sports too. As per the specific spectral curve, there are both reductions of green and orange components of light. This enables the eye to have a high contrast visibility especially in green and orange environments. The blue light is also kept low, to better spot the white ball against the green background (the white ball reflects blue light) and generally speaking in outdoor activities the blue light reflected from the sky may overwhelm the eye, therefore wearing a lens that reduces the blue light is a plus.
