than -4.00D fit into a prescription insert. Price for
"Prescription insert" is for the insert frame part only to try.

Sight For Sport Eyes making the prescription lenses in the insert.
Prescriptions above a -4.00 are subject to a power charge. See

for more details. The insert allows for interchanging of lens
colors without purchasing expensive prescriptions lenses in every color.
The Rudy Project inserts do follow the curve of the glasses when
inserted so they are no recommended for prescriptions above a -4.00
sphere or with cylinder (astigmatism) higher than -1.00.
Exception: Flip-Up series can accommodate prescriptions of up to a

A wide variety of Rudy Projects most popular styles of sunglasses
can be made in prescription lenses with authentic Rudy performance lens
colors, mirror and treatments, even polarized. This is an
"official" Rudy Rx program authenticated with an engraved Rudy Project
logo on every pair. Rudy Project is able to offer its customers
prescription sunlenses, including 8 and 9 based wrapped styles
with no compromise in visual performance. Power range: +4.00 to
-8.00 total power (sphere plus cylinder) for six base lenses. For
RX8, power ranges vary by frame. Click here
